General Manager of Culinary & Development
DeVita & Hancock Hospitality is seeking a General Manager of Culinary & Development to join their Dino Family. The role focuses on providing uncompromised excellence in culinary operations and guest service, leading kitchen managers and team members while ensuring adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities
Provides direction, coaching, and leadership for Kitchen Managers and all Team Members including training, safety and sanitation, and company policies and procedures
Strong understanding of all Kitchen (Expo, Smokehouse, prep and line quality identifiers and standards) and Dining Room systems and operations (To Go, Host, Bar, and service standards); must demonstrate the ability to run effective shifts in all aspects of the restaurant
Qualification
Required
5+ years of high-volume restaurant experience
5+ years of scratch kitchen management experience
5+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
3+ years of budgeting and inventory experience
High school diploma, or general equivalency diploma (GED)
Preferred
Some college preferred
