The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing monthly preventative maintenance, focusing on crane repairs and inspections, and handling emergency breakdowns on the second shift.

Must be a trustworthy, motivated self-starter who can work as part of a team or unsupervised
Perform Monthly PM’s (Crane and other equipment)
Focused on crane repairs and inspections
Handle all emergency breakdowns on 2nd shift
Basic system troubleshooting on electrical motors, three phase controls
Working with electric motors, conveying systems, pneumatic devices, and electrical controls
Operating manufacturing equipment and other shop equipment
Communicate with 1st shift via daily emails as well as through CMMS maintenance software
Any other assigned duties
Qualification
Required

Must be comfortable working in/on scissor lifts and boom lifts to 35'
Experience with industrial cranes and crane controls
Experience with overhead crane, forklift repair, MIG welders, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, general building maintenance, basic CNC machine troubleshooting
The ability to read hydraulic and electrical blueprints
Ability to comply with all safety requirements
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; able to handle shifting priorities and deadlines; able to properly prioritize
Experience with personal computers, networking, and windows-based software
Must be able to operate CMMS software to track maintenance work
Have good housekeeping habits and strict adherence to safety
Take personal ownership and pride in the quality of work
Ability to comply will all work-related deadlines and be available as needed for overtime
Drivers license
Willing to assist in our areas as needed
