Responsibilities

Setup Seat Whiplash models and load cases for analysis
Work with internal resources to develop detailed models and methodologies for analysis
Develop seat design solutions working with seat structures, trim, and restraints engineering teams
Make recommendations for seat content and design alternatives to deliver whiplash performance
Assess seat modeling guidelines and recommend revisions and improvements to reduce computing time and improve accuracy
Attend physical tests and review results with Design and Release and CAE teams to develop correlations
Lead analysis to support design changes impacting whiplash performance across multiple platforms, vehicle tophats, and regions
