ATAK Interactive is looking for an AEO + Marketing Strategy Lead — a forward-thinking strategist who understands that search marketing is evolving beyond keywords, clicks, and rankings. This role involves architecting modern lead generation ecosystems that combine AI Engine Optimization, SEO, and Paid Media into a unified growth strategy.

Responsibilities
Develop integrated marketing strategies across AEO, SEO, and Paid Media that drive inbound lead generation and long-term visibility
Design frameworks that align organic search, AI-driven discovery, and paid acquisition into one seamless funnel
Educate and guide clients on how AI changes discovery — and how structured content, authority signals, and entity optimization improve visibility across AI platforms
Create modern lead generation playbooks that map content, targeting, and automation strategies to each stage of the buyer journey
Lead internal and client strategy sessions that connect marketing performance with business outcomes
Build strategies that increase brand presence across AI engines and search ecosystems (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot)
Integrate semantic SEO, structured data, and entity mapping to enhance AI and search visibility
Develop reporting methods for AI visibility, answer citations, and generative inclusion rates
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AEO, GEO, and Search Marketing 2.0 — turning insights into actionable client strategies
Partner with paid media specialists to align search, social, and retargeting campaigns with AEO and SEO goals
Develop cross-channel demand generation frameworks that blend brand storytelling with data-driven targeting
Ensure clients' lead gen funnels are optimized from awareness to conversion — across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and AI ecosystems
Guide testing and measurement strategies that connect creative, landing page experience, and AI visibility into one growth narrative
Serve as the strategic lead on key client accounts, translating insights into executive-ready recommendations
Lead workshops on AI search visibility, lead gen strategy, and performance integration
Deliver strategic reports that blend traditional marketing KPIs (MQLs, CAC, ROAS) with emerging metrics (AI inclusion rate, entity authority lift, share of generative voice)
Build long-term partnerships rooted in education, innovation, and measurable growth
Partner with ATAK's SEO, Paid Media, and Content teams to build unified client roadmaps
Mentor specialists in AEO strategy, structured data, and AI-driven visibility techniques
Test emerging tools, data layers, and automation workflows that enhance client performance
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in marketing strategy, SEO, or growth leadership, ideally within an agency or consulting environment
Deep understanding of how AI and generative tools are transforming search, visibility, and lead generation
Proven ability to develop multi-channel strategies that blend SEO, AEO, and Paid Media to drive qualified leads
Working knowledge of: Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads
Working knowledge of: Structured data, schema, and Knowledge Graph optimization
Working knowledge of: Analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio, Databox, HubSpot, Salesforce)
3+ years experience at a Marketing Agency
Analytical, strategic, and creative — able to connect insights from AI and search data to real business impact
Excellent communication and client leadership skills
