They are seeking an Industrial Machine Technician for their 2nd shift team in Santa Ana, CA, to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial mailing and digital printing machines.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust mechanical and electronic failures using schematics, manuals, and procedures
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machines and equipment
Follow all safety protocols, including lock-out/tag-out and anti-static procedures
Maintain accurate records of work performed, time spent, and parts used
Collaborate with production and inventory teams to prioritize repairs and maintain equipment readiness
Diagnose issues and perform routine maintenance and repairs on complex mechanical and electronic components, including circuits and wiring, motors (servo, AC/DC brush and brushless), drive and feed belts, chains, gears and bearings, pulleys, brakes, clutches, vacuum pumps and compressors, photosensors, pneumatic hoses, fittings, and solenoids
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a machine technician or in a similar role
Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
A working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Must communicate well with others and be able to read technical manuals and diagrams
Preferred
Experience in a print and mail production environment is a major plus
High School Diploma or GED preferred; technical training or certification is a bonus
