The Contents and Cleaning Technician is responsible for tracking and documenting contents handling, including cleaning and organizing items during restoration projects.
Responsibilities
Content inventory related activities for the commercial/residential project
Document all content inventory within the structure
Works on contents through the moving, cleaning or deodorization process
Documents all non-salvageable contents within the commercial project
Qualification
Required
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with others, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner
Detailed oriented with respect to the documentation of all contents
Intermediate organizational skills
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
Preferred
Multi or Bilingual language skills
Experience in cleaning/restoration
Should attain the OSHA 30-Hour General Industry training certification
