Responsibilities

Performing minimally invasive diagnostic and therapeutic Imaging procedures

Monitoring Patients throughout procedures

Verifies physician order and relevant history in the chart and consults with the Radiologist for directions

Assist physicians in diagnosing and treating cardiac, vascular, and peripheral interventions

Appropriately processes, records and prepares radiologic test results for physician's interpretation on the procedure in the radiology information system and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS)

Cleans equipment after every patient

Ensures department is appropriately stocked with supplies and equipment is maintained in a clean, safe, and hazard-free manner

Maintains appropriate documentation for regulatory standards and the medical record while safeguarding patient confidentiality

Prepare and monitor equipment
