Application Analyst Intern - Mobile Development Intern
Universal Health Services, Inc. is one of the nation’s largest providers of hospital and healthcare services. They are seeking motivated professionals for an internship role to implement technology solutions aimed at improving healthcare quality and patient care.

Responsibilities
Collaborates with developers, subject matter experts, and test team to establish the technical vision for tradeoffs between usability, performance, and quality needs
Works with department lead and/or product owner to develop user stories and acceptance criteria
Assists in the testing of new product features; designs test cases to monitor system functionality and supports system enhancements
Partners with Product Owner to monitor and evaluate processes and KPI’s in order to improve the customer experience
Documents complex business processes using a combination of diagrams and explanations
Works on other departmental projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing, Healthcare Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or similar degree
Experience writing user stories and requirement documents using analytical skills
Student must be rising into senior year (at minimum, must have 1st semester of junior year completed)
Minimum GPA: 3.0
Driven, self-motivated attitude exemplifying professionalism, confidence, and business acumen
Strong aptitude for learning software packages and how to apply solutions to business requirements
Passion for understanding and improving business and clinical objectives
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Above average computer skills, including the entire Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Organizational skills and attention to detail
