Senior Financial Analyst, Sourcing

Responsibilities
Utilize data, analytics, and insights to enable business decisions and solve business challenges by translating insights to actionable solutions for the business team
Assess the external landscape and leverage insights to drive decisions that advance the business
Partner with cross functional sourcing team to lead monthly and annual planning processes
Assess performance against that plan and take action to close any gaps and/or take advantage of any opportunities throughout the year
Provide clear, concise summaries of performance with functional and cross functional business partners
Build strong relationships with cross-functional team, Sourcing Finance team and work across the matrix to deliver results via candid communication and productive discourse
Bring experience, analytics, insight, and candor to influence and shape strategies and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field
3+ years of related experience
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
Demonstrated ability to be proactive, respond quickly, and adjust to changes
Process oriented, able to make process improvements, and effectively organize work
Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders
Preferred
Working knowledge of systems including AFO, SAP, CMT
