Responsibilities
Achieve Annual and Quarterly Recurring Revenue (ARR) Targets: Approach these goals with consistency and predictability
Provide Strategic Advice to Existing Clients: Focus on solution selling, maximizing upsell opportunities, and promoting new products
Ensure Accurate Reporting and Pipeline Forecasting: Deliver precise updates to maintain clarity and success
Develop Detailed Account Management Reports: Share these with stakeholders to inform decision-making
Organize Recurring Meetings: Maintain excellent follow-up on projects, accounts, and premium clients
Gather and Share Market Insights: Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to continually refine our approach
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in account management, customer success, or direct sales of complex B2B solutions
SaaS experience is a plus
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
Solution-oriented, proactive, and adept at building trust quickly
A team player who works well across departments (sales, legal, customer success, etc.)
Resilient under pressure, with the ability to prioritize effectively
