Tradeshow Coordinator

Responsibilities
Support the coordination of B2B tradeshow production, from ideation, planning, budgeting, logistics, venue selection, vendor management, and the development of timelines for a global tradeshow and events
Manage logistics, including shipping, booth set up, badge registration and collateral preparation
Create and maintain detailed event timelines, task trackers and checklists to ensure smooth execution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure event production plans align with overall business strategy, messaging, and objectives across CooperSurgical’s brand specialties
Liaise and inform stakeholders and leadership in partnership with Integrated Marketing Services, Product Marketing, and Sales teams
Provide onsite support as needed
Support alignment with regional teams to ensure localized needs are considered and addressed
Develop and implement event production timelines and action plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams, partners, and vendors to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met. Escalate any challenges or roadblocks that deter timely execution of said deliverables
Help manage external vendors, supplier partners, etc
Help create staff schedules, draft creative briefs, manage attendee registration and housing, and coordinate materials and demo fulfillment
Support post-event debrief meetings and documentation to share with team members for future reference and learnings
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging event technologies to continuously enhance event experiences and maintain CooperSurgical’s leadership position on a global scale
Ability and flexibility to travel up to 15% annually and as required, working off business hours
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience with events and/or tradeshows, and, conferences; preferably with a B2B focus
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
Strong project management skills
Ability to successfully manage and operate in a global team environment
Bachelor's degree required
