Responsibilities
Receive all support requests and promptly handle them
Work on the most complex support issues and mentor technical team members from the first tier
Diagnose and fix complex hardware and software issues for desktops, servers, cloud services, and networks
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience providing IT services to businesses working for an MSP on a helpdesk or 3 years with a single organization working on a help desk
Fluent in both English and German
Experience working on a technical support team
Ability to diagnose and fix complex hardware and software issues for desktops, servers, cloud services, and networks
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Strong passion for working with information technologies
Preferred
3 years experience providing IT services to businesses working for an MSP on a helpdesk or 5 years with a single organization working on a help desk
