Responsibilities

Lead the planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, client receptions, and proprietary programs
Construct presentations for proposed event programs that are well-organized to gain buy in from key stakeholders
Build event strategies with business partners, ensuring alignment on expectations
Run cross-functional planning meetings, manage pre- and post-event communications, attendee engagement, and on-site logistics
Design and oversee end-to-end logistics to optimize attendee experience and business outcomes
Create integrated project plans and workstreams, serving as the single source of truth for stakeholders, to design, document, and execute innovative multi-channel marketing programs for events
Drive continuous process improvements within the events team and with partners, implementing operational best practices
Align programs to company initiatives, brand standards and strategic priorities
Maintain events calendar and ensure alignment with business priorities
Oversee corporate gift and promotional item program, including online storefront
Oversee event management platform and ensure fit-for purpose solution that allows for scale and growth globally
Develop and implement sponsorship strategies to maximize brand exposure and engagement
Identify and negotiate sponsorship opportunities with industry organizations and partners
Ensure delivery of sponsorship benefits and track performance metrics
Manage event and sponsorship budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value delivery
Track expenses, attendance, and post-event evaluations to assess ROI and inform future planning

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
10+ years of experience in event marketing and sponsorships, preferably in professional services or B2B environments
Proven track record design programs that deepen executive relationships and deliver measurable business impact
Strong executive presence with confidence and polish in engaging directly with C-level stakeholders
Skilled at balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, global environment
Strong project management and organizational skills, including strategic business planning, project budget management, operational planning, vendor management and negotiating third party contracts
High degree of attention to detail
Excellent communicator, collaborator and project manager with the ability to influence across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Salesforce and event management platforms
Willingness to travel periodically for event execution
