Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for Cordless DC tools, providing in-depth technical knowledge and support
Collaborate with Sales Engineers to respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, effective solutions
Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting clients with technical issues and ensuring satisfaction throughout the solution lifecycle
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and vendor partners to drive project success
Program and troubleshoot various automation systems including: PLCs, HMIs, Servo Drives, Vision Inspection Systems, Industrial Robots, AR Devices
Lead the on-site implementation of advanced solutions at customer facilities
Conduct technical training for Sales Engineers and clients on new technologies and system integrations
Support proposal and sales efforts by assisting with solution scoping, hardware/software costing, and training plans

Experience programming and troubleshooting automation systems including PLCs, HMIs, Servo Drives, Vision Inspection Systems, Industrial Robots, and AR Devices
Experience leading on-site implementation of advanced solutions
Ability to conduct technical training for Sales Engineers and clients
Experience supporting proposal and sales efforts including solution scoping, hardware/software costing, and training plans
Strong communication skills
Ability to translate complex systems into customer-friendly language
Team player with a passion for innovation and continuous learning
Preferred
Experience with Augmented Reality (AR)
Experience with Spatial Positioning Systems
Experience with Collaborative Robotics
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
