Assist clients with insurance claims and policy changes
Explain policy coverage, limits, and options in clear, simple terms
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care
Collaborate with agents to ensure clients receive appropriate coverage and service
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Professional, friendly demeanor with a client-centered mindset
Proficient in general office software and technology
Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred but not required. The selected candidate must obtain this license within 60 days of hire. All associated exam costs are covered by the agency
