Responsibilities
Work directly with clients on your caseload to create and manage individualized service plans (ISP) that cater to each individual’s needs, as recognized by the BCBA
Create and implement interventions that meet the recognized goals of each client
Build rapport and foster positive relationships with those on your caseload
Assist in recommending and obtaining any/all wrap-around services that are relevant for your clients
Be a resource and provide others to individuals and their families on your caseload
This position reports to the Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA)
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma required
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable source of transportation
Hard working with strong interpersonal skills and high attention to detail
Effective communication skills
Preferred
College Degree in psychology, social work, counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university/Master's preferred
Experience working with children with developmental disabilities preferred
