Responsibilities
Monitor each patient’s location per the Observation Policy and Procedure
Utilize sound judgment during assessment and observe and documents any changes in a patient's appearance, behavior or ability to work toward treatment plan goals
Follow the therapeutic interventions outlined by the treatment team for each patient
Comply with the established policies and procedures requiring a safe, clean and therapeutic environment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED as well as a combination of behavioral health education and work experience totaling 4 years
Current CPR or BLS certification
Successful completion of (SAMA) including restraint and seclusion policies, within 30 days of employment
