Responsibilities

Assist clients with insurance claims and policy changes

Clearly explain commercial insurance coverages, limits, and options

Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation

Manage and distribute incoming commercial mail

Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and care

Collaborate with sales agents to ensure clients understand their options and receive proper coverage

Handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and exceptional client service

Required

Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry

Preferred

Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred but not required at hire. The selected candidate must obtain this license within 60 days of employment; all associated exam costs are covered by the agency
