Responsibilities

Monitor and report on client portfolio performance
Maintain online tools and reporting platforms utilized by clients
Respond to client inquiries regarding investment products, portfolio management, risk, and asset allocation
Develop research analyses to understand industry trends and provide insights
Provide analysis and develop reports related to account activities, performance, and investment practices
Serve as a first-level escalation point for client inquiries
Continuously develop knowledge of various product offerings to address client concerns effectively
Train clients on report production and platform usage
Interpret and suggest program or service improvements to enhance client experience
Research market and industry trends to identify opportunities for product and revenue growth
Provide guidance to less experienced Client Reporting and Performance staff as needed
Contribute to the achievement of team goals
May have people management responsibilities in some geographies

Required

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of total work experience preferred
Experience in trading or brokerage preferred
People leadership experience where applicable
