They are seeking an experienced programs leader to build exclusive insurance programs, manage a team, and enhance existing offerings while maintaining strong relationships with carriers and service providers.

Responsibilities
Build exclusive programs with underwriting authority and negotiate proprietary deals
Create specialized programs within identified niches
Recruit, retain, manage and develop a staff of underwriters and support team
Maintain strong relationships with carriers, reinsurers, and service providers
Deliver stable, profitable, and competitive programs
Drive a strong value proposition for C&B programs
Collaborate with practice leaders and sales teams
Design claims and safety programs in partnership with our in-house companies
Qualification
Required
8 years of Property & Casualty experience, preferably in program development and operations
Management experience and familiar with running a P&L
Familiar with coverage data analysis and presenting
Network and relationships in the program ecosystem of insurance and service providers
Strong communication and underwriting skills
Ability to spot industry opportunities and negotiate effectively
Specialized Knowledge and Licensing: P&C License, CPCU
