Complete the New Agent Launch Program
Work alongside sales agents to help buyers find their perfect home
Provide thorough written feedback to help fine-tune clients’ home search criteria
Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients
Commit a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities
Participate in team events and activities following team guidelines
Attend weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and partner meetings
Log all calls and appointments using PLACE Technology
Qualification
Required
Must possess a valid REAL ESTATE License
Enjoys interacting with others
Highly motivated
Dependable and punctual
Committed to consistent office presence
Maintains a cheerful and optimistic outlook
Comfortable with regular travel
Skilled at identifying client needs and aligning them with suitable properties
