As a Partnership Manager USA, you will be responsible for identifying new partners to expand the Phished ecosystem in the United States, actively hunting for new partners and providing training sessions to ensure they gain in-depth knowledge of the platform.

Responsibilities
You actively hunt for new partners in the USA using outbound sales methods
You ensure timely and accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
Making and following up offers and contracts both within the company and towards the partner
You provide training sessions so that our partners gain in-depth knowledge of our platform
You offer strategic support and assist in the commercialization of the Phished platform
You’re an ambassador in a dual role: as a representative of Phished, you go the extra mile, while also being the internal voice of our partners, advocating for their needs and interests
Qualification
Required
Fluent in English
5+ years of experience in B2B solution selling or SaaS is a must-have
Strong hunter with a proven track record in finding new partners and opening new channels
Strong in outbound sales
Quickly build strong, trustworthy relationships and comfortable working across various industries
Excellent communication skills
Team player who knows how to set clear boundaries
Resilient under pressure
Getting things done mentality
Able to manage schedule and priorities effectively
Strong personality with a solution- and customer-oriented mindset
Preferred
Experience with CRM systems is a plus
