Associate Product Manager - Fault Managed Power System

Responsibilities

Partner with senior product leaders to define and execute strategies that drive growth in the rapidly emerging FMPS market
Support business case development, market validation, and go-to-market plans for new product introductions
Manage the complete lifecycle of FMPS components and solutions, from concept through launch and post-market optimization
Coordinate with engineering, operations, and marketing to ensure successful development and commercialization
Develop a deep understanding of the FMPS technology landscape, including standards, and competitive positioning
Work with our Ventures Marketing Manager to create compelling technical collateral, product documentation, and training materials to enable global sales and channel partners
Conduct research to assess trends in power delivery, sustainability across all markets to identify opportunities, assess market dynamics, and develop a winning value proposition
Translate customer insights and field feedback into actionable product improvements and roadmap recommendations
Contribute to pricing strategies, forecasting, and operational planning (optimizing inventory & influencing manufacturing decisions) to drive product profitability and scalability
Support alignment with Panduit’s Ventures, R&D, and Business Development teams to accelerate market adoption
Engage directly with early adopters, partners, and industry stakeholders to ensure FMPS solutions exceed expectations in performance, safety, and reliability

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline; or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree
2-4 years in product management, technical marketing, or related roles, preferably within electrical, power, or connectivity industries
Strong ability to interpret market data, financial models, and technical information
Experience turning customer and partner feedback into actionable insights
Familiarity with electrical power systems, low-voltage standards, or DC power distribution preferred
Self-starter with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive cross-functional collaboration
Up to 25% travel to Panduit facilities, Supplier locations, Customers, and Industry events
