Responsibilities

Set up and operate continuous-feed and pile-feed folding equipment
Achieving the standard production rates on folding equipment
Occasionally functionally supervise a crew of one to two team members
Maintaining or exceeding all quality standards
Maintain strict adherence to all operational, safety and quality procedures
Enter all production data into our Monarch data collection system
Maintaining a clean, orderly and safe work area
Routine maintenance
Troubleshooting and making simple repairs as necessary
Provide training to other team members as requested by supervisor

Qualification

Folding equipment operationProduction data entryTroubleshooting skillsTeam supervisionSafety procedures adherence

Required

High school diploma
Able to perform with minimal supervision
Able to read, understand and follow job instructions
Able to lift 50 lbs
Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and stand for long periods of time
Previous experience with folding equipment
