Responsibilities

Delivering tax support services for individual and business tax returns through various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls and the Liberty Tax ticketing system
Conduct comprehensive research on tax laws, regulations, and rulings to stay updated on the latest developments and provide accurate information and guidance
Tax preparation & tax return reviews based on need
Adhere to the policies as documented in the Internal Process Manual
Thoroughly and accurately documenting customer issues, along with the relevant information and resolutions, to maintain comprehensive records
Promptly communicating high-impact issues to supervisors, ensuring appropriate attention and swift action
Need to be able to work nights and weekends as scheduled
Ability to de-escalate and work patiently in all interactions, both internally & externally
Participation in various department projects and team meetings

Required

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and colleagues
A proactive and self-motivated approach, demonstrating the ability to work independently and as part of a team
1+ Years Experience in taxation and/or accounting or tax preparation
