Responsibilities
Work with our M&A team to learn more about the acquisition process, assist with preparation of proposals and presentation materials, and develop a broad knowledge base of departments products and services
Support teams to plan, develop, and execute marketing initiatives
Contribute to market analysis and research projects, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making
Actively engage in workshops, training sessions, and seminars aimed at enhancing your skills and industry knowledge
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
College students with an expected graduation date of Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
A positive attitude and enthusiasm to learn the insurance industry
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong organizational skills, adept at prioritizing and handling multiple tasks
A collaborative team player with a desire to help others
Independent and self-motivated, capable of autonomous work
Less than 1 year of relevant experience
Associate degree (2-year degree)
