New Grad, Entry LevelAgState is seeking an Applicator-Operations Technician to join their team in a supportive and safety-focused environment. The role involves operating equipment for custom application of agricultural chemicals and fertilizers while providing exceptional customer service to producers.

Responsibilities
Operate necessary equipment to perform customer application:
Handle Ag chemicals and fertilizer
Drive Tender truck to fill post sprayer as needed
Understand chemical rates, uses, and restrictions
Maintain and assist in the operations of the facility:
Perform outside maintenance
Perform basic maintenance on application equipment
Perform daily maintenance checks on all running equipment and trucks
Prepare grain rail cars and load cars according to specifications as needed
Abide by all AgState values and practices by:
Working in a safe and efficient manner
Always display superior customer service
Demonstrate work habits that build and support the team concept
Work overtime as needed
Perform the essential functions of the job and other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must have a valid Class A CDL with Hazmat & tanker Endorsement
Must have a clear driving record
Commercial Applicator License
Preferred
Prior applicating experience is preferred
