Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Support: Planning, execution and closing various IT, AV, and premises security projects

Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including timelines, meeting notes, and project deliverables

Stakeholder Communication: Strong project directives with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project requirements and expectations are met

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and development of mitigation strategies

Scheduling: Schedule meetings, resources, and tasks for the project team to ensure the smooth progress of projects

Budgeting: Responsible for tracking project budgets and costs, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints

Quality Control: Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client specifications

Technical Support: Provide technical assistance as needed during project implementation and post-deployment

Reporting: Prepare and update project status reports for senior management and stakeholders

Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of equipment and services

On-Site Support: Provide support, as needed, during on-site project execution and installation, ensuring smooth operations

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management or equivalent experience

Strong project management of IT, AV systems, and premises security

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, AV equipment, and security systems

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle to multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
