Provide Comprehensive Written Feedback to Refine Clients’ Search Criteria
Prepare and Negotiate Offers for Sales Agents and Clients
Commit at Least 10 Hours Weekly to Lead Generation
Participate in Team Activities as per Team Standards
Join Weekly One-on-One Coaching Sessions, Training, and Partner Calls
Log Tasks and Activities Using PLACE Technology
Qualification
Required
Current and active REAL ESTATE License required
Enthusiastic about engaging with people
Driven and focused on achieving goals
Dependable with excellent time management and punctuality
Dedicated to consistent attendance at the office
Positive attitude with a friendly and upbeat personality
Willingness to travel frequently by car
Proficient in understanding client preferences and matching them to appropriate listings
Eager to learn and open to constructive feedback
Motivated with a history of accomplishments
High school diploma or equivalent necessary
