Responsibilities
Supports the Assistant Manager of Finance with all finance and budget-related matters in collaboration with BTQ
Manages day-to-day financial transactions, including but not limited to, coding of invoices, credit card reconciliation, vendor registration, deposit log
Supports Assistant Manager of Finance in payroll related reporting
Supports the Assistant Manager of Finance in agency budget development process
Supports the Assistant Manager of Finance in analyzing monthly financial reports, communicating trends to program directors
Assist the Director of Finance in preparing requested documents for audits by funders and CFL’s independent auditor
Help prepare materials for 1099 and other required filing documents
Other projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field
Proficiency in spreadsheets
Highly organized and attentive to detail
Demonstrated ability to be a team player
