They are seeking a proactive and energetic Licensed Real Estate Agent to guide clients through the buying, selling, and investing processes in real estate, while ensuring exceptional customer service and support.

Responsibilities

Graduate from Dream Team Agent Launch
Execute Dream Team lead generations systems weekly
Conduct two open houses monthly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
Track activities and clients using Dream Team technology
Comply with the laws, rules, regulations, and conditions governing Real Estate Agents in the State of North Carolina when applicable, Real Estate Agents in the State of South Carolina the Local/Regional Association of REALTORS®, the North Carolina Association of REALTORS®, the South Carolina Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association REALTORS®

Qualification

Required

Licensed agent or committed to getting a real estate license in North and South Carolina
Strong sense of urgency without compromising quality

Top-notch communication skills
Technologically savvy and willing to learn new programs
Self-accountable and takes full ownership over actions and results
Familiar with towns and communities, loves statistics

Team player who takes pride in achieving goals together

Preferred

Proficiency in Google suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, etc.)
Experience with Brivity or prior experience in a CRM
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
