Responsibilities

Lead and manage landscape architecture projects, including planning, design, and construction phases

Collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project objectives are met

Develop and present project proposals, designs, and plans to clients

Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Assist in design and design graphic creation when required

Required

2 to 5 years experience

A leader who is able to manage client relationships and expectations

Demonstrated passion for design, with a keen ability to conceptualize and craft exceptional spaces that inspire and engage

Working knowledge in the following programs: AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, 3D Modeling Software

Provide work samples or portfolio upon request

Preferred

Working knowledge in one or more of the following programs: Lumion, Illustrator, Land-FX, SketchUp, Rhino
