Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direct management to facility managers and technical staff to deliver robust, compliant, and efficient data center operations

Oversee daily operations of all MEP systems, including oversight of preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives

Drive uptime and availability by monitoring and meeting or exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance requirements

Manage and coordinate on-site power generation, with a particular focus on natural gas turbine systems, ensuring redundancy, reliability, and energy efficiency

Ensure that all facility processes and procedures adhere to Oracle’s safety, security, compliance, and operational guidelines

Develop technical training programs to maintain a high level of staff competency and readiness

Serve as the primary site contact for all data center facility crises, risk mitigation, incident response, change management, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders

Manage vendor and contractor relationships related to facility services, safety, and ongoing infrastructure projects

Lead coordination for regular audits (internal and external) and support capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives

Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and empowerment among team members
