Production Support Electrical Engineer - Early to Mid Career

Responsibilities

Support board and system level troubleshooting on production floor
Identify and lead continuous improvement activities aimed at mitigating or eliminating problematic designs, build processes, and test plans
Work collaboratively with cross-functional team to resolve supply chain issues
Participate as technical advisor to Failure Review Boards
Collaborate with external suppliers and internal procurement teams to meet program technical requirements. Support periodic audits of suppliers’ facilities and processes
Engage regularly with production floor personnel to improve processes and increase product quality
Provide technical assessments to Material Review Boards to resolve non-conformances. Skillfully present technical data to internal and external customers
Mentor more junior engineers and actively contribute to knowledge-sharing culture
Work within schedule and budget constraints and elevate concerns if challenges arise

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum of four years of relevant experience in related industry (i.e. defense, electronics) or two years with a Master's Degree
Very comfortable testing and troubleshooting analog, digital, and power supply-based circuits in a lab setting using oscilloscopes, bench supplies, vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, frequency counters, arbitrary waveform generators, function generators, logic analyzers

Preferred

Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or equivalent
Active DoD Security Clearance – Secret
