Responsibilities

Technical need strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to scale communications to the correct audience for decisions to be made
Emphasize speed of decision within the product development cycles and manage critical issues through optimized prioritization of resources and personnel
Working with overseas internal and external teams on developing products
Scale and evolve key processes and design review checkpoint mechanisms to enable responsible last minute decision making on one way and two way door decisions
Manage and communicate product development critical issues, work collaboratively to execute solutions meeting key product KPI and escalate as required when teams are unable to reach a consensus or decisions are one – way door
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing execution of the Device Hardware and Accessories (cables, power supplies, etc.) with a balance of technical skills, bias for action, customer obsession, and ownership
The TPM will collaborate daily onsite with the hardware development team located in Redmond, WA including Product Design, Industrial Design, Electrical, and Antenna teams
On a weekly basis, the TPM will create agendas and presentations leading to meetings at the Director and VP level to make timely one way and two way door decisions to maintain project timelines, finances, requirements and deliverables

Required

3+ years of technical product or program management experience
2+ years of software development experience
3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

Preferred

3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
