Responsibilities

Create and execute project work plans
Manage project analysis and deliverables
Work in a collaborative environment, with team members, senior staff, and external clients
Interacting with clients, agencies, and other project stakeholders
Represent Benesch at industry and professional engagement events

Qualification

Civil Engineering DegreeLicensed PE in MATraffic Engineering ExperiencePTOE LicenseMassDOT Standards KnowledgeProject-Specific SoftwareCommunication SkillsOrganizational SkillsWork Independently

Required

B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
A minimum of 4 years of diverse and progressive civil transportation and traffic engineering experience
Licensed PE in the state of MA or planning to obtain licensure within one year
Experience working with public agencies and/or municipalities. Previous MassDOT experience preferred
Progressive experience with developing plans analysis and reports per MassDOT standards and requirements
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Advanced use of project-specific software such as CADD, Synchro, GIS, SIDRA, HCS, Vissim, etc
Ability to work independently and develop task deliverables in a complete and reviewable manner
