All Source Analyst Expert
Bluehawk Intelligence Services is seeking an All Source Analyst to conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess national security issues. Responsibilities
Research, produce, and report timely and accurate Space and Counterspace (SCS) all source intelligence situational awareness products
Compile statistical analysis of current, past, and future events pertaining to SCS threats
Research emerging SCS threats
Collaborate on finished intelligence products concerning SCS problem sets and assigned areas of responsibilities
Provide strategic-level intelligence support to DIA SCS problem sets
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the LCAT activities required to meet mission requirements
Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology
Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings
Demonstrates the ability to work independently and with minimal oversight
Demonstrates the ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft, standards, and adequate support for conclusions, routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products
Demonstrates the ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions
Demonstrates analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with LCAT mission
Demonstrates extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymakers
Qualification
Required
Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature
Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, integrated government-contractor team fusing intelligence information from multiple intelligence disciplines
Effectively interact with customer personnel at all levels within the organization and external organizations
Demonstrate proficiency in manipulating various classified and open-source databases
Drive collection operations through written products and briefings
Research, produce, and report timely and accurate Space and Counterspace (SCS) all source intelligence situational awareness products
Compile statistical analysis of current, past, and future events pertaining to SCS threats

20 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to Space Intelligence Data
Master's Degree in an area related to the LCAT from an accredited University
