Responsibilities
Successfully complete the intensive career accelerator program, PLACE Launch
Consistently generate leads each week utilizing established PLACE systems
Assist buyers and sellers by providing expert guidance, negotiating terms, and closing transactions
Conduct a minimum of 2 open houses per month
Maintain detailed records of all activities and monitor pipeline status using PLACE Technology
Dedicate time weekly to 1:1 coaching, training sessions, and script rehearsals
Engage actively in team events and contribute to fostering a positive team culture
Develop your real estate business while maintaining active production and continuously enhancing your skills
Qualification
Required
Possession of a current Oregon Broker real estate license (mandatory)
Minimum of one year experience in the real estate industry (desired)
Innate ability to communicate and negotiate with confidence
Driven by competition and motivated to achieve continuous growth
Excellent organizational abilities and effective time management
Commitment to adhering to scripts, maintaining accountability, and pursuing ongoing education
