Veterinary Client Service Representative

The Veterinary Client Service Representative will be responsible for greeting clients, coordinating visits, managing medical records, and ensuring the facility is clean and welcoming.

Responsibilities
Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
Coordinating visits and assisting patient care team with triage
Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
Assisting clients with products, including prescriptions
Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical care
Hospital maintenance and ensuring that facility is neat and clean at all times—both inside and outside
Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Client Service Representative
Ability to greet visitors and answer telephones
Ability to guide clients and their pets to exam rooms
Experience coordinating visits and assisting patient care team with triage
Ability to present and explain fees, including processing payments
Experience assisting clients with products, including prescriptions
Ability to answer questions regarding products and services
Knowledge of general animal husbandry and non-medical care
Ability to maintain hospital cleanliness and organization
Experience managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
