Responsibilities
Draft, analyze, negotiate, and complete complex commercial transactions with the company’s enterprise customers and strategic partners
Collaborate with the sales, services, and product teams to achieve key business objectives
Assist with improving and implementing the use of templates, 'playbooks,' and policies
Work both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams
Qualification
Required
JD from a top law school
Active membership in at least one U.S. State bar
8+ years of related experience, including 3+ years at a premier law firm and 3+ years as commercial counsel at an enterprise SaaS company
Deep substantive knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, PaaS, other software licensing and distribution, strategic alliances, channel sales and distribution models, intellectual property, and open source
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future company sponsorship
