Sales Development Representative- SDR/BDR

Tax Brilliance Advisors is a B2B tax and wealth management firm dedicated to helping small business owners save money on taxes and grow their wealth. They are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to engage leads, nurture client relationships, and eventually transition into a licensed closer role for insurance sales.

Responsibilities

Engage with new leads and follow up on outstanding engagement agreements
Conduct consultative meetings (phone, Zoom, or in-person) to uncover client needs
Schedule and prepare client meetings for tax planning and insurance presentations
Track client progress, ensure quarterly check-ins, and support retention
Maintain accurate CRM notes and communication logs
Attend networking or business events to represent the firm
Transition into closing insurance sales directly once licensed

Required

2+ years of B2B sales or account development experience
Strong professional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Suite, or similar CRM/sales tools
Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize time effectively
Self-reliant, competitive, and driven to meet/exceed targets
Comfortable selling in hybrid environments (direct + virtual)

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing preferred
