Responsibilities

Management of complex executive calendars with attention to accuracy, detail, and allocation of time to maximize executive productivity, reprioritizing as appropriate
Executive travel planning, both domestic and international. Create detailed travel itineraries and coordinate with in-house travel agents to ensure smooth transitions between time zones; manage international travel processes including passport, visas, and any other applicable documentation
Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders as needed
Organize and manage meetings (including setting agendas and driving follow-up of action items) and events such as offsites, All Hands, Town Halls, and team-based social events
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Support annual operational planning process, business planning, and performance review cycles

Required

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
4+ years of senior level leadership support experience
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the TS/SCI level

Great organizational skills
Talent for juggling critical requests
High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
Professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company

Preferred

Bachelor's degree
Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company
Experience leading process improvements

Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret with SCI eligibility or above
