Responsibilities

Serve as a subject matter expert in infrastructure areas, providing guidance and support across departments

Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadership, delivering structured updates on support and project activities

Lead and collaborate with teams to identify root causes and implement resolution strategies

Design and maintain infrastructure documentation and perform daily production environment checks

Monitor platforms proactively using enterprise tools to prevent issues before they arise

Implement upgrades, patches, and security best practices across systems and applications

Administer and maintain virtualized environments (Nutanix or VMware), Windows OS (2003–2019), and enterprise tools including:

Intune & Azure

Office 365 & Mimecast

Active Directory & Group Policy

Veeam Backup

PowerShell Automation

PRTG, LogRhythm, and other monitoring/compliance tools
