Responsibilities

Responsible for the creation and curation of high-quality instructional resources and tools to support educators in delivering college and career-ready instruction for every student
Provides leadership and development for teachers, enabling them to successfully leverage tools and resources and offer direct support to their schools
Works collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders and other district departments to ensure students and teachers have access to high-quality programming and learning opportunities within the fine arts content areas

Oklahoma teacher certificationCurricular frameworks knowledgeLesson planning expertiseMicrosoft Office SuiteGoogle Office SuiteBilingual in SpanishK-12 classroom teachingTeaching multilingual learnersSupporting students with disabilities

Required

Bachelor's degree in content area
Five (5) years' experience in effective K-12 classroom teaching
Possess or ability to obtain and maintain an Oklahoma teacher certification
Deep and extensive knowledge of curricular frameworks, pedagogy, lesson planning, standards analysis, and quality classroom materials
Deep knowledge of content area standards, learning, and assessment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Office Suite

Preferred

Master's degree
Experience with effective teaching and learning practices to support multilingual learners and students with disabilities
Administrative certification
Bilingual in Spanish
