Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between the company and financial institutions to address payment abnormalities
Ensure payment transactions are carried out accurately and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
Deliver insightful financial reports and analysis to facilitate strategic business decision-making
Refine financial procedures and develop standardized operating processes (SOPs) to enhance overall financial management efficiency
Oversee specific accounting processes and workflows, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial transactions
Conduct in-depth data analysis to verify reasonability and develop actionable improvement recommendations
Continuously enhance accounting processes to optimize efficiency
Provide timely and accurate financial data to support internal and external audits
Work with Sales, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure accurate billing and dispute resolution
Partner with the IT and systems team to troubleshoot reporting issues and help streamline AR processes
Manage small-scale daily payments to ensure smooth financial operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or accounting
Ability to effectively coordinate with China-based teams on a daily basis, ensuring consistent progress tracking and alignment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is essential
Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English are mandatory
Strong verbal, written, and summarizing skills
Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Capacity to excel in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, and efficiently juggle multiple priorities
Preferred
Candidates with cross-border eCommerce experience are strongly preferred
Experience with financial systems, VBA, SQL, or Power Query is a significant advantage
