Responsibilities

Manage scheduling, candidate communications, and interview coordination across multiple searches
Maintain order, accuracy, and timeliness in all recruiting operations, from pipeline tracking to reporting
Support recruiters and senior leadership in search execution while ensuring a world-class candidate experience
Source and engage candidates across tech, real estate, insurance, and other sectors when needed
Mine candidate leads using LinkedIn, AI, and recruiting technologies to expand reach and precision
Assist leadership in managing third-party recruiters, ensuring cost control and clarity of process
Uphold Rex’s mission and values in all communications with candidates and partners

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience supporting high-output recruiting teams in a fast-paced environment
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and recruiting technologies, including AI-enabled sourcing tools
Ability to coordinate complex scheduling and logistics with precision and speed
Strong written and verbal communication skills, polished presence on video and phone
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a lean, high-accountability environment

Preferred

Experience sourcing or recruiting across multiple verticals (tech, real estate, insurance, etc.) preferred
