DSI Systems Inc., an Authorized Starlink Partner, is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Starlink Dispatch Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial for supporting residential installations and ensuring efficient coordination between technicians, customers, and internal teams, thereby contributing to the delivery of reliable internet access in underserved areas.

Responsibilities

Complete real-time updates and maintenance in the work order management system
Support daily operations and monthly goal attainment
Handle inbound dispatch calls via the Five9 phone system
Resolve issues and escalate as needed using critical thinking
Create and assign work orders to technician offices
Maintain accurate records in SARA Plus, Web Tracker, Salesforce, and Zendesk
Assist technicians during installations and approve custom fees
Conduct work order reviews and facilitate proper close-out procedures
Process and manage inventory requests from technician offices
Provide order status updates to internal departments
Maintain ongoing communication with technician offices to meet timelines
Work directly with customers to coordinate payments for hardware and services
