Oversee and manage multiple commercial refrigeration projects from start to finish
Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met
Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor progress, address challenges proactively, and maintain strong communication across all parties
Assist with estimating and proposal preparation as needed
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
Qualification
Required
3+ years of project management experience with an HVAC or refrigeration contractor
Strong knowledge of commercial refrigeration systems, installation, and service work
Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to assist with estimating as needed
