Mastery in algorithmic trading, XLT, on-chain data analysis, SMA, AI, Web3
Strategic vision with hands-on technical fluency
Previously hired and retained the best quants in your team
Preferred
Canada, Dubai and Australia wealth management territory knowledge a bonus
