Maintain filing systems, calendars, and office supplies
Prepare and format documents, reports, and correspondence
Assist HR and finance with general administrative tasks
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in office administration or clerical work
Strong organization and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently
Applicants must live in a certified HUBZone
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction or need for future sponsorship
